I contacted Angela to conduct a gap assessment because I am new to the site and needed a clear assessment in preparation for our next audit which will be unannounced. Angela warned us that she would be looking for non-conformance rather than conformance and that a deep dive gap assessment could be a bruising experience. She was not wrong.
